TRX / suspension training doesn’t take a lot of time. Most weight training or circuit training workouts take anywhere from 45 minutes to a full hour. With only body weight and your choice of suspension device “Trifecta uses TRX’s” you can see a complete workout done start to finish in as little as 20 mins !! Making it perfect for you if you have a busy schedule or don’t love the hours in the gym. On top of all that, since its only 1 piece of equipment you don’t waste shifting weights, moving around or waiting your turn on equipment.
