Our clients come to us at different levels of fitness, with their own unique limitations and challenges. An effective program takes these into account in order to build a strong foundation.
One-size-fits-all programs are fine if you have a strong technical foundation in place to safely get the most out of your training, but many try to take you from 0 to 100, leaving you burnt out in no time, or worse yet, sidelined with overuse or even acute injuries, setting you back even more. Technique and progression go out the window, along with any hope of reaching your goals.

Strength & Conditioning
Whether you want to lose fat or build muscle, lifting weights is the key to changing your body composition while developing strength, power, agility, and even improving your posture. (And let’s take a second to dispel one common myth for concerned female clients: lifting weights won’t make you bulky! In fact, it’s the secret behind the lean and toned physiques you see on the covers of fitness magazines.) But wildly swinging around heavy weights will only lead to injury. We focus on technique and progression to keep you motivated and injury free. The best part? Our workouts will send your metabolism into overdrive! Based on the science of E.P.O.C. (or excess post-exercise oxygen consumption), our sessions will have you burning extra calories hours after your workout is finished, even as you relax on the couch.

Boxing & MMA
If you can’t stand the thought of stepping on a treadmill, this calorie-torching cardio alternative is for you. But this isn’t your typical cardio kickboxing session. You’ll be learning the skills and drills used by some of the best-conditioned athletes around, while enjoying a dynamic, fast-paced workout. Our technical, skills-based approach will keep you engaged as you build on what you’ve learned in your last session. Relieve stress, tone and chisel your body, and burn up to 800 calories in the process without ever getting hit!
